Mr. Palm Blinds LLC uses information you submit to respond to your window-treatment request and arrange service.

Consultation requests

Our forms request your name, phone number, optional email, product interest, window count, timing, and optional notes. Requests are saved in our private tracking system and sent to Housecall Pro for our team to follow up. Please do not include payment-card numbers or other sensitive information in the notes.

Advertising choices

Advertising cookies are optional. If you allow them, Meta receives website activity and device or browser identifiers. We may retain the advertising source during your visit to connect product pages with the ad that brought you here.

The consultation form has a separate optional advertising checkbox. If selected, we may send Meta your inquiry, booked-consultation and confirmed-sale activity, the order value, advertising identifiers, and hashed contact information to measure and improve our ads. Hashing changes the format of contact information; it does not make it anonymous to a platform that can match it. Your consultation request works without this permission.

Our tracking respects a browser’s Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. Use “Privacy choices” in the website footer to change advertising-cookie preferences. Contact us to change your permission for future CRM-based advertising updates.

Service providers and access

We use Netlify to host the website, Supabase for private app and tracking records, Housecall Pro for customer management, and Meta for advertising when permitted. Staff access is restricted. Our service providers may process information to operate their services.

Records and privacy requests

We retain information needed for responding to requests, managing projects, keeping business records, and providing warranty support. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for future advertising updates, call (941) 946-4367. Some project records may need to be retained for business obligations.
